Instructions

Step 1

First of all, take a medium-sized pike and carefully cut it along the ridge. Remove all guts and bones. Rinse fish thoroughly and dry with napkins.

Step 2

Take a small saucepan and pour 1 glass of white wine into it. Boil previously peeled 8 or 9 mushrooms in this wine. Cooking should take about 5 minutes. Once the mushrooms are ready, remove from the pan and dry.

Step 3

Now in a separate saucepan, boil 1 cup of medium-fat cream and gently pour in 1 tablespoon of starch previously dissolved in water in a thin stream.

Step 4

Rinse a bunch of young parsley and 2 sprigs of thyme, chop them finely and mix with the boiled cream.

Now cut the dried and slightly cooled mushrooms into small cubes and mix them with the creamy mass, mixing everything well. If you wish, you can add a little salt to the "filling".

Step 6

Now you can start filling the insides of the pike with this mixture. After filling the fish with the creamy mass, sew up the back with threads so that the "filling" does not fall out. Top the fish completely grease with sour cream.

Step 7

Place the fish on a baking sheet and bake it in the oven previously preheated to 180 degrees until cooked through.
