Step 1
Prepare potatoes for stuffing. Take all the tubers, rinse thoroughly under running water, transfer to a deep saucepan and cover with water. Place the pot on the stove and wait until it boils, season with salt to taste. When the potatoes are done, let the vegetable cool.

Next, prepare the filling. Take mushrooms, remove visible dirt, chop in any shape. Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces. Combine onions and mushrooms, pepper and salt.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, transfer the onion-mushroom mixture to the pan and simmer for about 4-7 minutes. Finally, do not forget to add the cream and chopped dill, then cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Put the resulting filling in a separate container. Peel each potato and then cut the tuber in half. Use a spoon to make a depression in the middle of each potato half.

Grease a baking sheet with cooking oil. Lay out the potato halves. Fill all the halves with the mushroom filling, carefully distributing the mixture. Place the dish in the oven for 30-40 minutes. When the dish is ready, remove the baking sheet, transfer the potatoes to a flat dish and garnish with lettuce leaves.
