Chicken stuffed with mushrooms is a very tasty and aromatic dish. It should be noted that chicken is prepared very simply and quickly. Suitable for family dinner, lunch and party table.
It is necessary
- -1 chicken (about 2.5 kg),
- -300-500 grams of champignons,
- -2 medium onions,
- -3-4 cloves of garlic.
- -50 grams of butter,
- -2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- -1 teaspoon of ground black pepper,
- -1 teaspoon of ground red pepper,
- -salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Check the chicken, if it is not completely cleaned, then burn it over a fire, clean it well and wash it, dry it.
Step 2
Rinse the champignons with potatoes well.
Step 3
Rub the chicken with the salt and pepper mixture.
Step 4
Brush the chicken with vegetable oil. Crush the garlic cloves and spread over the chicken. Save one garlic clove for the filling. Wrap the chicken in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

Cut the champignons into several pieces. Cut the peeled onions into half rings.
Step 6
In a dry skillet, evaporate the moisture from the mushrooms. Add a slice of butter, half rings of onion and chopped clove of garlic, salt a little. Cook the filling until golden brown.
Step 7
Cut the potatoes (peeled) into slices, put in a baking dish (grease the dish with butter). Stuff the chicken with mushrooms and place it on top of the potatoes. Fasten the seams with toothpicks (you can sew it up, as it suits you). Bake the chicken for an hour and a half at 180 degrees.
Step 8
Remove the baked chicken with potatoes from the oven, remove the toothpicks or threads. Transfer the stuffed chicken potatoes to a dish, garnish with herbs and serve.
