Champignons are very useful mushrooms, which are an irreplaceable product used for making various mushroom and meat sauces. Meanwhile, they have a very convenient shape, which you just want to fill with a variety of fillings.
It is necessary
- - 800 grams of champignons;
- - 3 pcs. large potatoes;
- - 4 things. pickled cucumbers, small size;
- - half a medium bunch of parsley;
- - 170 milliliters of milk 2.5% fat;
- - 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- - 6 tablespoons of butter;
- - ground black pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the mushrooms, rinse them in cold running water and carefully separate the caps from the legs. The legs are finely chopped.
Step 2
Place the mushroom caps in a preheated pan with sunflower oil, add spices, milk and fry for fifteen minutes.
Step 3
Chopped mushroom legs are fried in a pan with butter (3 tablespoons) until golden brown.
Step 4
The potatoes are washed, peeled and boiled in lightly salted water. Knead the finished potatoes to the consistency of mashed potatoes, add the remaining butter and milk, mix well until smooth.
Step 5
Parsley is washed in cold water and finely chopped. The fried champignon legs are added to the resulting puree, the herbs are poured in and the mushroom caps are stuffed with this mixture.
Step 6
Pickled cucumbers are washed in cold water and chopped finely. Before serving the dish to the table, put the stuffed champignon hats on a serving dish and put pickles on top.
