This dish is great for dinner - it is nutritious, tasty and not too heavy on the stomach. And the asparagus and red fish included in it contain many vitamins and minerals that are useful for the body.
It is necessary
- - 150 g salmon fillet;
- - 300 g of pasta;
- - 200 g of asparagus;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 300 ml of cream;
- - 50 g parmesan;
- - salt to taste;
- - 2 cherry tomatoes.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut off the hard stems of the asparagus, then bundle it up and tie it with threads. Submerge vertically in boiling salted water so that the tender tops stick out of the water and steam. After 5 minutes, remove the asparagus and rinse in cold water.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet and fry small pieces of salmon fillet in it. Season with salt and add the asparagus, cut into 4 cm pieces. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Boil the pasta in salted water. It should be soft, but not soft. Drain and add the pasta to the skillet with the asparagus and fish. Mix everything, cover and leave to simmer for a couple of minutes over low heat.
Step 4
Put the finished pasta on a plate and sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan. Serve, garnish with cherry tomato halves.
