Pancakes are fluffy pancakes. Outwardly similar to tall, porous pancakes, they are only prepared, like pancakes, in milk. Pancakes are fried in a pan completely dry, so they turn out to be low-fat.
It is necessary
- - 300 milliliters of milk;
- - 2 tsp baking powder.
- - 1 egg;
- - 3 tbsp. granulated sugar;
- - 2 tsp vanilla sugar;
- - 250 grams of flour;
- -2 tbsp butter;

Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter, microwaveable. Add sugar, salt, egg, vanilla sugar to it, pour over with milk, stir.

Add flour, baking powder, whisk until the lumps disappear. In terms of thickness, the dough should be like a pancake.
Step 3
Preheat a dry skillet, pour 2 tablespoons of dough onto the surface, it will slowly spread throughout the pan. Cover, simmer for about 3 minutes. If the pan does not have a non-stick coating, then first grease it with vegetable or butter.
Step 4
Flip the pancake over and cook for 3 more minutes.

Stack the cooked pancakes on top of each other so that they do not cool down quickly.

It can be served with butter, honey, condensed milk, sour cream, jam and so on.
