Cooking pancake dough

The first step is to dilute the yeast. To do this, take 10 grams of dry baker's yeast and pour it into a bowl, dilute with a quarter of a glass of warm milk. Add one teaspoon of granulated sugar and a pinch of salt to a bowl. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a whisk, cover the bowl with a towel and place in a warm place so that the yeast begins to come up and bubble.

Never dilute yeast with hot milk, as bacteria die at high temperatures. As a result, the dough will not work, the pancakes will not turn out to be delicate.

Then start making the dough. Take 500 grams of premium flour and sift twice over the table. Thanks to this, the flour will be saturated with oxygen. Add a teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of granulated sugar and two chicken eggs to the flour. Pour three glasses of warm milk into the flour, mix well with the flour. Then pour in the yeast that has come up. Now you need to stir the dough with a whisk until a homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained. Finally, add a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil and stir again.

You can use to add not only vegetable, but also melted butter to the dough. It will help you prevent the pancakes from sticking to the pan.

Cover the bowl with a lid or clean towel and place in a warm place to allow the dough to sit properly. Each time after the approach, the dough should be mixed with a wooden spoon (do this three to four times). On average, the dough should come up within two and a half hours. Make sure it doesn't run away. If the bowl is small, pour the dough into a slightly larger saucepan.

So, the dough is ready, you can safely start making unusual pancakes. Put a non-stick frying pan on the fire (the pancakes are thin and tender, it will be difficult to turn them in a regular pan, the pancakes can tear), pour in a little vegetable oil. Scoop the dough with a ladle and pour into the pan, distribute over the entire bottom. Here you can show your imagination, make pancakes in the form of snowflakes, cobwebs, cars or the sun. If the dough is cooked correctly, it will pour into the pan like froth. Gently pry the baked pancake with a spatula and turn over to the other side. Put the finished pancake on a plate, brush with melted butter. Do the same for the entire test. Pour tea or milk and serve original lace pancakes with sour cream, condensed milk, honey, jam.
