Instructions
Step 1
Baked turkey wings. Pass the garlic through a press and finely chop the dill and basil greens. Mash the tomatoes with a fork, add the red paprika and ginger. Mix all ingredients. Rinse the turkey wings thoroughly under running water and brush them with the prepared marinade. Leave it on for 1 hour. Place the marinated wings on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 200C. Serve with baked potatoes or vegetables.
Step 2
"Honey". To make the marinade, combine soy sauce, honey, sugar and minced garlic. Wash the turkey wings. Coat with the mixture and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours. Then heat a skillet with plenty of vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.
Step 3
"Margarita". Chop the garlic, finely chop the herbs. Add mayonnaise and mustard. Mix all ingredients. Marinate the turkey wings in this mixture. Leave for 2-3 hours, then place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Serve hot with a vegetable side dish.
Step 4
Turkey soup. Wash the wings and cut each into 3 joints. Pour water into a saucepan and place the turkey in it. Bring to a boil and remove the foam. Season with salt to taste and cook broth covered for 1.5 hours. Cook homemade noodles at this time. Break an egg into a bowl, pour in a glass of water and salt. Stir in flour and add a spoonful of sour cream for softness. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll into thin cakes. Then cut them into narrow strips. Cook it in a separate container. When the meat is done, add the spices. After 10-15 minutes, remove the wings onto a plate. Separate the meat from the bones and cut it into pieces. Put the noodles and turkey in a deep plate, and pour the broth on top. Decorate with herbs.
