Put fish with mushrooms, salt, add fat. Fry the fillet, periodically turning it over to the other side, until tender, about 10-15 minutes. At the very end, add finely chopped greens to the pan, turn off the stove, let stand for another 5 minutes.

You can cook delicious fish in the oven. To do this, you need to take the following products:

- 500 grams of river fish fillets, - 250 grams of mushrooms, - 3 potatoes, - 1 onion, - 3 lemons, - spices for fish, - soy sauce, - sunflower oil.

Squeeze lemon juice, mix it with soy sauce and spices, marinate fish in the resulting sauce. Fry the onion, then add the chopped mushrooms to it and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Cut the potatoes into rings.

Prepare the foil. Lubricate it with sunflower oil, put potatoes, mushrooms and onions on it, then fish. Wrap the foil tightly. Bake the fish in the oven for 40 minutes.

Then add tomato paste and salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the fish and refrigerate for 2 hours.
