To prepare fried notothenia, you will need the following ingredients: fish, bread crumbs, salt, spices, vegetable oil for frying.

Prepared carcasses are rubbed with salt and spices and left alone for a quarter of an hour. Vegetable oil is poured into a dry frying pan and heated over high heat. The fish is dipped in breadcrumbs and fried on both sides until golden brown. Serve fried nototenia to the table with a side dish of boiled potatoes.

Notothenia and salmon soup

Products required for cooking: 3 notothenia carcasses, 3 potato tubers, 2 carrots, 2 onions, 50 g of millet, black peppercorns, bay leaves, salt to taste, fresh dill. Broth will require fins and head trimmings.
