The rich and bright taste of the beef soup will not leave anyone indifferent. The thick rich consistency makes the soup extremely tasty and appetizing.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of beef
- - 350 g potatoes
- - 2 large bell peppers
- - 1 onion
- - 1 carrot
- - 1 hot pepper
- - 1 tomato
- - a few cloves of garlic
- - 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
- - pepper, salt to taste
- - vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat in running water, pat dry on a paper towel, and then cut into small pieces. Put the pan on the fire, pour in the vegetable oil and heat it well, then put the pieces of meat in it and fry for 7 minutes.
Step 2
Rinse the hot pepper and remove the seeds, then cut it lengthwise into 2 parts, and then into half rings, chop the garlic, add both ingredients to the meat, fry all together for 3-4 minutes, and then remove from heat.
Step 3
Peel potatoes, peppers, onions and carrots, rinse in cold water, then cut into medium-sized cubes. Pour the tomatoes in a separate container with boiling water, keep them in it for another 20 seconds, then remove the skin and pass the pulp through a blender.
Step 4
Pour oil into a skillet and sauté the onions, carrots and tomatoes along with the tomato paste until the whole mixture is thick.
Step 5
Take a large saucepan, put all the ingredients in it - meat, fresh and fried vegetables, cover everything with water and cook for 20-30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper at the end of cooking.
