You will need:

- flour (premium) - 1 glass;

- sugar - 25 g;

- dry yeast - 1 tsp;

- baking powder - 5 g;

- salt - 1 tsp;

- water - 140 ml;

- sesame oil - 3 tablespoons;

- minced pork and beef - 500 g;

- onions (large) - 2 pcs.;

- soy sauce - 3-4 tbsp. l.;

- green beans - 200-250 g.

Start by making the dough. In a bowl, add warm (not hot!) Water, sugar, yeast and one tablespoon of sesame oil to the sifted flour. Mix everything thoroughly by hand or with a mixer until the dough falls off the walls and stops sticking. Then add salt, baking powder and mix well again. Cover the resulting dough with a towel and leave to rise for 30-45 minutes.

To make steamed buns juicy and tasty, cook minced meat according to the following recipe. Boil the green beans (15 minutes after boiling), strain through a colander and rinse with cool water. When the beans have cooled down, they must be finely chopped, add minced meat, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, soy sauce, finely chop the onion and mix everything thoroughly. The prepared meat filling should be moist. For this purpose, you can add a spoon or two of ice water.

When the dough fits well, tear off small, equal balls and make round cakes about 12 cm in diameter from them, spreading them on a floured board. A filling is placed in the center of such a mug with a spoon. The originality of steamed buns is given by the ability to pinch the edges of the cake. To do this, you need to pinch the edge with two fingers, pulling the resulting wedge to the middle, and so - in a circle, trying to lay them patterned in the center of the product. There should be no holes in the bun, then it will turn out juicy and tasty.

Pour water into a double boiler. Grease the container for cooking well with oil, place several products on the bottom. It must be remembered that the yeast crumpets will increase significantly in size, so you should not stack them close to each other. After 15 minutes, the cute nikmans are ready and are best served hot with any sauce or butter.

Biscuit "Berry"

You will need:

- eggs - 2 pcs;

- sugar - 4 tbsp. l.;

- flour - 1/3 cup;

- vanillin - 5 g;

- berries (blueberries, cranberries, etc.) - 1 glass;

- cream 33-36% fat - 200-250 g;

- icing sugar - 1/3 cup.

Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat into a thick, persistent foam. Mix the yolks with vanilla and sugar, then slowly introduce this mixture into the proteins.

Then, little by little, add flour, previously sifted. Stir well with a spoon, from the bottom up, not in a circle, as the biscuit dough may not grow as it should.

For dessert, use muffin tins. Grease the containers with oil and put the berries on the bottom (about a handful in each mold). Put the dough on a layer of berries. It should take up no more than 2/3 of the mold. There are about six to seven such biscuits.

Cover the top of the mold with the dough with foil and put it in the container of the double boiler. After boiling water, you need to cook biscuits for no more than 40 minutes.

Turn the finished products over, remove the film and wait until they cool. Whip the heavy cream with powder and spread it in a snow-white layer on the biscuits. You can also garnish the treat with whole berries.
