Chicken meatballs in creamy sauce

This recipe is very easy to prepare chicken meatballs for a family dinner. They are baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken fillet;

- 200 ml of cream;

- 150 g of hard cheese;

- 1 onion, 1 egg;

- 5 cloves of garlic;

- pepper, salt.

Rinse the chicken fillet, beat lightly, then cut into small pieces and mix with finely chopped onions. Pass this mixture through a meat grinder, season with pepper and salt or any other spices to taste. Whisk in a raw egg and stir in the minced chicken.

Spread cream (about 20 ml) on a baking dish. Form small balls out of minced meat, put in a mold. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

While the meatballs are baking, cook the sauce. To do this, grate the cheese, chop the peeled cloves of garlic using a garlic press, mix with cream.

Remove the meatballs, cover with the creamy sauce, return to the oven for 15-20 minutes. Can be served as a stand-alone dish or with any side dish.

Chicken meatballs in tomato sauce

These chicken meatballs are even easier to cook than the previous recipe, despite the larger amount of ingredients. Tomato sauce perfectly complements meatballs.

Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken fillet;

- 1/4 cup milk;

- 1 jar of tomatoes in their own juice;

- 1 egg white;

- a piece of white bread;

- olive oil - 1 spoon;

- grated parmesan, dried oregano, pepper, salt - to taste.

As in the previous recipe, pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, only this time mix not with onions, but with white bread. Mix the resulting minced meat with milk, egg white, cheese, oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Form balls of minced meat, fry in olive oil for 5 minutes, then add mashed tomatoes with juice to them, cover, cook for 15 minutes.

Serve the finished chicken meatballs with mashed potatoes or spaghetti.

Oven chicken meatballs

Thanks to ground paprika and pepper, the meatballs taste spicy.

Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken fillet;

- 2 pieces of dry white bread;

- 1/3 cup milk;

- 1 onion, egg;

- 50 g of greens;

- ketchup, ground paprika, chili;

- vegetable oil, salt.

Soak dry bread in milk, squeeze. Chop the onions and chicken fillets into smaller pieces, mince them together with ketchup, egg, herbs, paprika and pepper. Season the minced meat.

Coat a baking sheet with oil. Form meatballs from the chicken mass with wet hands, place on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve hot.
