It is necessary

    • pork - 1.5 kg;
    • carrots - 2 pcs;
    • cherry tomatoes - 20 pcs;
    • onions - 2 pcs;
    • garlic - 5-6 cloves;
    • red wine -350 ml;
    • mayonnaise - 5 tbsp. l;
    • cheese - 400 g.

Instructions

Step 1

If you have frozen pork, leave it at room temperature to defrost. Once the meat is thawed, cut it into pieces approximately 3 cm thick. Pepper each piece and season with salt on both sides (you can add spices to your taste).

Step 2

Take a deep and capacious container where the meat will be soaked. Fold the pieces of meat there and cover with wine, pressing down with a fist so that the meat absorbs the wine.

Step 3

Put the meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to soak and infuse. In the meantime, start preparing the gravy.

Step 4

Prepare the pot. Peel and coarsely grate the carrots. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Place the carrots and tomatoes in the prepared saucepan. Season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped garlic (do not squeeze) and cover with mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly. The sauce is ready.

Step 5

Remove the meat from the refrigerator and place the slices on a baking sheet. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Place the onion rings on top of the meat. Apply a layer of the pouring sauce over the onion.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and place the baking sheet there for 30-40 minutes. While the meat is cooking in the oven, grate the cheese. Place a layer of cheese on a baking sheet 10 minutes before the end of cooking.

Step 7

At the end of the time, remove the meat from the oven. Serve hot with a side dish.
