If you are bored with the usual cutlets for dinner, then it's time to diversify your diet and add liver pancakes to it. The recipe for their preparation is very simple and does not take much time. Moreover, this is a very healthy and tasty dish. Juicy and tender liver pancakes will simply melt in your mouth.
It is necessary
- - beef liver 1 kg
- - onion 2 pcs.
- - carrots 2 pcs.
- - egg 2 pcs.
- - semolina 3 tbsp. spoons
- - flour 3 tbsp. spoons
- - mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Pass the liver, carrots and onions through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Stir the ingredients and add to them two eggs, semolina, flour and spices to taste. Mix everything thoroughly again.
Step 3
The minced liver should not be too liquid so that it does not spread in the pan during frying. To make the liver viscous, more flour should be added.
Step 4
Pour some vegetable oil into the pan and spread the pancakes with a tablespoon, crushing them slightly to make them thinner.
Step 5
Fry the pancakes on each side until golden brown.
Step 6
When ready, transfer them to a non-stick pot. Dissolve a little mayonnaise and spices in 200-250 ml of warm water. Pour the pancakes with the resulting mixture and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Thanks to the sauce, the liver will be soft and juicy.
