Beef liver is delicious stewed. But if it is already a little boring for you prepared in this way, try baking pancakes from the liver. Serve them hot with fresh vegetables. However, they will be tasty and cold if used, for example, with sour cream.

- - 2 eggs
- - 2 tablespoons of semolina
- - a glass of flour
- - onion
- - half a teaspoon of baking soda
- - vegetable oil

Step 1
Wash your liver. Peel off the film. Cut it into pieces, twist it through a meat grinder along with the onion.
Step 2
Stir the resulting minced liver. Add salt, soda, semolina to the liver. Mix well.
Step 3
Add the beaten egg yolks to the mixture, and then add the beaten egg whites. Pour flour here, mix thoroughly. You will end up with a thick, viscous mixture.
Step 4
Spoon the pancakes into the skillet with a tablespoon. Fry in vegetable oil on each side for five minutes. In this case, a ruddy crust should appear.
