Despite the fact that squid dishes do not often appear on our tables, many healthy and light dishes can be prepared from them. Diet salad is good because it contains a small amount of calories and many useful microelements.
It is necessary
- - fresh squids - 200 g;
- - onions - ¼ part;
- - low-calorie mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
- - fresh apple - 1 pc.;
- - chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- - canned green peas - 2 tbsp;
- - greens to taste;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse squid well, peel. Pour water into a saucepan, salt, add bay leaf, bring to a boil. Dip the squid carcass in boiling water, count to ten and remove immediately. Cool the product, then cut into pieces.
Step 2
Boil the egg hard-boiled, cool in cold water, peel and chop finely. Remove the skin from a clean apple. Cut it into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and greens.
Step 3
Put all prepared ingredients in one container, mix together with mayonnaise. Put the diet squid salad in a salad bowl, garnish with green peas on top, serve.
