Delicate chicken fillet in sour cream sauce and under an onion-tomato coat is not only a very beautiful, but also a very tasty dish. It is simple enough to form and bake quickly. Therefore, it will be very useful for the arrival of suddenly arriving guests.

Note that juicy tomato rings, aromatic cheese crust and chopped dill give this dish a zest. Therefore, they should not be excluded from the dish, but can be supplemented with any other vegetables or spices to taste.

Ingredients:

• 0.4 kg. chicken fillet;

• 180 ml. 10% sour cream;

• 100 g of hard cheese;

• 2 ripe tomatoes;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• 1 onion;

• 2 tbsp. l. universal seasoning;

• dill greens optional.

Preparation:

1. Cut the tomatoes into thick rings. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Wash the dill greens, shake off the water and chop finely with a knife.

2. Pour sour cream into a bowl or deep plate. To it add garlic, passed through a garlic, any universal seasoning, salt and pepper. Instead of salt, you can add a little soy sauce.

3. Take a baking sheet and grease it with 2 tbsp. l. sour cream sauce.

4. Chicken fillet or beaten well, or cut into thin slices. Place on a baking sheet on top of the sauce. You do not need to add oil to meat.

5. Peel the onion, cut into rings, disassemble into thin rings and place evenly over the chicken.

6. Pour the remaining sauce over the contents of the baking sheet. Spread tomato slices evenly on top of the sauce and cover them generously with grated cheese.

7. Send the formed dish to the oven and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. When baking, it is recommended to adjust the temperature and cooking time according to your oven.

8. Remove the finished dietary chicken fillet from the oven, divide it into portions with a knife, sprinkle with chopped dill, put on plates and serve hot. Note that mashed potatoes, ordinary fried potatoes, young potatoes, boiled buckwheat, rice or wheat groats are suitable for this dish as a side dish. Also, do not forget about a juicy salad of fresh vegetables and cabbage.
