Lula kebab is a meat dish made from minced meat skewered on skewers. It is distinguished by long-term kneading of minced meat, thanks to which it becomes viscous and dense, and therefore holds firmly on skewers. Lula kebab with herbs and lavash is served.
Lula kebab with spices in the oven
To cook lula kebab with spices in the oven, you will need the following ingredients:
- 500 grams of minced meat;
- 0.5 tsp of ground chili;
- 1 bunch of greens;
- 0.5 tsp black pepper;
- 1 onion;
- salt;
- 1 teaspoon dried basil.
Recipe:
Place wooden skewers in the water initially. Thanks to this processing, they will not burn in the oven.
Put the minced meat in a deep bowl. Add chopped onion and dill, spices and basil to it. Mix everything thoroughly. Try to mix the minced meat as best as possible so that it acquires a viscous and dense consistency. Then the kebab will sit firmly on the skewers. After that, send the minced meat to the refrigerator for about half an hour.
After the time has passed, mold elongated cutlets with wet hands and put them on wooden skewers. Fold the resulting kebab into a baking dish and place in the oven. The cooking time is on average 20-30 minutes, the oven temperature should be 200 ° C.
Chicken lula kebab in the oven
In order to prepare a dietary and delicious chicken kebab, prepare the following products:
- 1 kg of minced chicken;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- spices;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- 3 onions;
- salt.
Recipe:
Place the minced meat in a deep bowl. Add chopped onions and garlic to it. Please note that minced chicken contains a lot of moisture. Therefore, grind the specified components, rather than passing them through a meat grinder, so that they do not give additional juice.
Next, add spices, salt and flour to the chicken mass. Mix thoroughly so that all ingredients are evenly distributed over the minced meat. Place the minced meat in a bag and beat it with a kitchen mallet for 5 minutes.
Take skewers previously soaked in water and form slightly elongated cutlets on them. Put the blanks on a baking sheet and send them to the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, for 20 minutes. The readiness of the kebab can be determined by its delicious golden crust.
Lamb kebab in the oven
To make lamb kebab, take:
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 500 grams of lamb;
- 4 onions;
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil;
- ground pepper to taste;
- 2 eggs;
- salt;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream.
Recipe:
Scroll the lamb, onion and garlic through a meat grinder. Add ground pepper, an egg to the meat mass, mix thoroughly and put the minced meat in the refrigerator for one hour. Then form a slightly elongated cutlet on damp skewers. Place these blanks on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
