It is necessary

  • For barbecue:
  • - salt;
  • - little vegetable - to lubricate the grate;
  • - salmon fillet - 600 g.
  • For the marinade:
  • - finely chopped olives - 8 pcs;
  • - green dill - 50 g;
  • - juice from one lemon;
  • - olive oil - 6 tablespoons

Instructions

Step 1

If you have a whole fish, and not a prepared fillet, then free the fish from fins, head, tail, scales, bones. After removing all excess, rinse the fish in running water and divide into fillets.

Step 2

Soak wooden skewers in water. This is necessary so that while in the oven, they do not catch fire.

Step 3

Cut the prepared fillet pieces into 2x2 cm portions. Sprinkle some salt on the meat. Use to your liking, some like it more, some like it less.

Step 4

Start preparing the marinade. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, finely chopped olives, chopped dill. Mix everything well.

Step 5

Place the salmon in the marinade, stir with clean hands. Try to keep the marinade completely enveloping the fish. Leave the fillet to infuse for half an hour. Next, place the pieces of salmon on damp skewers, place them on a wire rack greased in advance with vegetable oil.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 200oC, place the grill with the salmon kebabs inside it and bake for 20 minutes. Turn all slices 10 minutes after starting to bake.

Step 7

Place ready-made kebabs on a dish, previously covered with lettuce leaves. If you wish, you can decorate the dish with herbs, olives and lemon wedges.
