Shrimp goes well with different foods, which is why they are so often added to different salads. In addition, shrimp meat is good for the body, because it contains protein, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, iodine and calcium. Shrimp makes an equally delicious soup, which, if desired, can be varied by adding chicken meat and any favorite spices.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - a can of canned corn;
- - 2 glasses of milk;
- - 2 glasses of water;
- - 200 g of peeled shrimp;
- - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat flour;
- - sea salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour any liquid out of the canned corn. Puree the corn with a blender. Transfer to a saucepan, add two glasses of water.
Step 2
Bring the corn mixture to a boil, remembering to stir, as it may stick to the bottom of the pot. Then set the pot aside.
Step 3
Heat milk separately.
Step 4
Take another saucepan, melt the butter in it, gradually stir in the flour, do not allow lumps to form. Pour in the warmed milk. If lumps do form, then use a blender.
Step 5
Send flour and milk to corn, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp, salt. After adding the shrimp, cook the soup for no more than 7 minutes to maintain the firmness of the shrimp.
Step 6
Corn soup with shrimps is ready, you can add fresh herbs, cheese, crackers to it. Serve warm.
