- - 1 clove of garlic

- - vegetable oil

- - 250 g shrimp
- - 2 eggs
- - chilli
- - 1 tbsp. l. baking powder

Step 1
Sift thoroughly the flour, baking powder and salt mixture, mix everything with eggs and half a glass of water. Knead the dough.
Step 2
Chop green onions and garlic. Add the ingredients to the dough and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. It is advisable to cover the mass with a towel or a regular lid.
Step 3
Finely chop the shrimp, stir in canned corn and finely chopped chili. Mix the ingredients with the already prepared dough.
Step 4
Form pancakes from the dough and fry on both sides in vegetable or olive oil. It is best to serve such a treat with sour cream or sauce.
