Corn grits are very healthy and easy to digest. It contains many vitamins. It has been proven to renew body cells and help prevent heart disease.
It is necessary
- 50 g corn grits
- 200 ml of milk (soy can be used)
- 4 teaspoons flour
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g of natural yoghurt
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the corn grits with milk in a saucepan and leave it to swell for about 10 minutes. Then add sour cream, mix and cook a little over low heat. Remove from heat and cool.
Step 2
Mix flour, eggs, soy sauce and pepper, add to corn porridge and stir. Leave to stand for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat a frying pan with butter and put pancakes on it with a spoon. If your dough is thin, add a little more flour. Fry pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Step 4
For the sauce, mix yogurt, salt, pepper, squeezed garlic and grated cucumber. Serve with pancakes.
