Golden pancakes go well with fried chicken. A great hearty snack for the whole family. Serve fried chicken and pancakes with tender, fluffy mashed potatoes.
It is necessary
- - 300 g frozen corn;
- - 100 g flour;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of milk;
- - 4 chicken breast fillets;
- - 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - marjoram (oregano) leaves for decoration;
- - salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the corn in an ovenproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then drain and cool. Whisk flour, eggs and milk separately in a bowl, add corn, season with salt and pepper, and knead the dough.
Step 2
Sprinkle the seasoned salt and pepper on the chicken breast fillet pieces. This flour is perfectly distributed throughout the meat, resulting in a delicious crispy crust. Heat half the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the chicken fillet, boned in flour, for 12-15 minutes, turning once, until cooked. Set aside and cover.
Step 3
Wash the pan and put it back on the fire. Add some vegetable oil. Add 3-4 tablespoons of corn dough to form pancakes. Broil until the top is baked. Turn the pancakes over and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Divide the lukewarm chicken fillet and corn pancakes on 4 bowls. Garnish with marjoram leaves before serving.
