This recipe for omelet with minced meat is elementary and is on the level of naval macaroni in complexity. Young housewives can start their culinary exploration. The dish is very satisfying and tasty, despite its simplicity. The meat gives the omelet a heterogeneity and is saturated with its juices.
It is necessary
- - milk - 100 g;
- - flour - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt - 2/3 tsp;
- - eggs - 6 pcs;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- - minced meat (pepper, salt, onion, meat) - 350 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over high heat. Put the minced meat in it and fry, stirring often, until lightly browned.
Step 2
Grease a ceramic or metal baking dish with vegetable oil, put the minced meat inside an even layer.
Step 3
Whisk the flour, salt and eggs into a lather. Add milk and stir lightly. Pour the resulting egg mass into a mold.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 220oC, place an omelet tin inside and bake for 35 minutes. The omelet with minced meat should grow about 4 times, eventually becoming covered with a ruddy bright crust.
Step 5
Immediately cut the finished omelet into pieces and serve with cold milk or kefir. After it cools down, its shape will slightly fall off.
