Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of potatoes;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 8 sausages (you can take any);
  • 8 slices of processed cheese;
  • spice;
  • sour cream.

Preparation:

  1. First you need to prepare the sausages. They just need to be freed from the wrapper. Then each of the sausages should be carefully wrapped in a slice of melted cheese.
  2. After the sausages are prepared, you can do potatoes. First you need to peel it, remove all the eyes and rinse thoroughly. Then the potato tubers need to be chopped. To do this, it is recommended to use a Korean carrot grater; if you do not have one, you can use a simple grater.
  3. The resulting potato mass should be mixed with chicken eggs. And then the spices that you like the most are poured into it (do not forget about salt and ground black pepper), and sour cream is added. The resulting mass must be well mixed.
  4. The form intended for a multicooker should be greased with a not very large amount of vegetable oil (odorless is perfect). Then, ½ part of the potato mass should be laid on the bottom of the mold in an even layer. After the layer of potatoes is well leveled, sausages wrapped in cheese will need to be placed on top of it. From above, they are covered with another layer of potato mass.
  5. Then the multicooker is tightly closed with a lid and the "Baking" mode is set. After the potato casserole is ready, let it cool slightly so that it easily detaches from the walls of the form. Then the form will only need to be turned over onto the dish. Before serving the casserole with sausages to the table, it will need to be cut into portions.
