In a multicooker, you can cook not only the first and second courses, but also various casseroles. The simplest is a potato casserole with meat. Step 1
Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water and mashed potatoes. To make it more airy and tender, you can add 50 ml of milk. We also add eggs and flour to the potatoes. Stir the puree until smooth.
Step 2
Put the minced meat and onion, cut into small cubes into the multicooker bowl, add spices to the meat, salt and pepper to taste. Fry the ingredients for 20 minutes. For aroma and taste, you can add soy sauce (1-2 tablespoons). After frying, the minced meat must be put in a separate bowl, and the bowl itself must not be washed.
Step 3
Put half of the mashed potatoes at the bottom of the multicooker. Put all the minced meat on it and close with all the remaining mashed potatoes. Cook the casserole for 50 minutes in the "Bake" mode.
Step 4
When the casserole is ready, carefully remove the hot bowl, cover it with a flat dish and turn the bowl over to remove its contents. Cut the casserole into portions and serve hot.
