In a multicooker, you can cook not only tasty and quick dishes, but also healthy ones. I offer everyone's favorite potato casserole in a lightweight version, without minced meat.

It is necessary

  • - 2 kg of potatoes
  • - 1 medium carrot
  • - 1 onion
  • - 2 chicken eggs
  • - 50 g wheat flour
  • - 500 g frozen spinach
  • - 300 g ricotta cheese
  • - 2 cloves of garlic
  • - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse potatoes and carrots thoroughly under cold water, peel and grate. Drain the juice from the potatoes. Peel the onion, rinse under cold water, dry and cut into small cubes.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes and carrots, onions, eggs, and flour. Knead thoroughly so that no lumps remain. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess liquid from defrosted spinach. Peel the garlic and finely chop or squeeze through a press. Combine the spinach in a homogeneous mass with cheese and garlic, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Place the casserole in a slow cooker in layers: potato, then spinach with cheese, and again potato. Bake in the "bake" mode for 40 minutes, after switching off, do not remove it for another 15 minutes. Serve the vegetable casserole in portions with sour cream or tomato sauce.
