Chicken soup is a very satisfying and delicious dish. You can add any food you like to the composition, but the soup should be based on mushrooms, cheese and chicken.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes;
- 45 g butter;
- half a celery stalk;
- 160 g cream cheese;
- 110 g spinach;
- 250-300 g chicken breast;
- Carrot;
- 35 g parmesan;
- 250-300 g of fresh champignons.
Preparation:
- The breast should be poured with cold water and put on fire. Bring the chicken to a boil. Then leave in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
- Then the breast can be taken out and washed. Pour the water out of the pan, it will no longer be needed. Wash the pot.
- Cut vegetables, put them together with the chicken in a washed saucepan, pour cold water over it.
- Wash the champignons and separate the legs from the caps. Put the legs in a saucepan. This will give the soup an extraordinary flavor. It is also worth adding potatoes to the pan. Boil the broth over low heat until the chicken is completely cooked.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan. Cut the onion into half rings and cut the carrots into thin strips. Fry all this in butter.
- Then you need to cut the mushrooms along. Add mushrooms to onions and carrots. Fry until tender.
- Remove chicken, vegetables and mushrooms from the broth.
- Mash the potatoes with a fork. Cut the chicken into small cubes. Add everything to the broth.
- Then you need to cut the parmesan into thin slices, and grate the cream cheese on a fine grater. Add the cheese to the soup, stirring occasionally. Add roast with mushrooms there.
- As the soup boils, add chopped spinach and parsley. At the end, sprinkle the soup with herbs. The soup is ready.
Before serving, it is necessary that it be infused. Put a slice of Parmesan in a bowl of soup.
