Ingredients:

  • Potatoes;

  • 160 g cream cheese;
  • 110 g spinach;
  • 250-300 g chicken breast;

  • 35 g parmesan;
  • 250-300 g of fresh champignons.

Preparation:

  1. The breast should be poured with cold water and put on fire. Bring the chicken to a boil. Then leave in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Then the breast can be taken out and washed. Pour the water out of the pan, it will no longer be needed. Wash the pot.
  3. Cut vegetables, put them together with the chicken in a washed saucepan, pour cold water over it.
  4. Wash the champignons and separate the legs from the caps. Put the legs in a saucepan. This will give the soup an extraordinary flavor. It is also worth adding potatoes to the pan. Boil the broth over low heat until the chicken is completely cooked.
  5. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Cut the onion into half rings and cut the carrots into thin strips. Fry all this in butter.
  6. Then you need to cut the mushrooms along. Add mushrooms to onions and carrots. Fry until tender.
  7. Remove chicken, vegetables and mushrooms from the broth.
  8. Mash the potatoes with a fork. Cut the chicken into small cubes. Add everything to the broth.
  9. Then you need to cut the parmesan into thin slices, and grate the cream cheese on a fine grater. Add the cheese to the soup, stirring occasionally. Add roast with mushrooms there.
  10. As the soup boils, add chopped spinach and parsley. At the end, sprinkle the soup with herbs. The soup is ready.
