Delicate and aromatic mushroom soup. The special taste is achieved by croutons and blue cheese.
It is necessary
- - porcini (dried) mushrooms - 50g.;
- - champignons - 300 gr.;
- - processed cheese - 200 gr.;
- - onion;
- - blue cheese - 100 gr.;
- - loaf;
- - vegetable oil;
- - garlic;
- - salt pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak porcini mushrooms in hot water for 30 minutes.
Step 2
We prepare all the ingredients for the soup. Thinly chop the champignons, onions, dice the loaf and blue cheese.
Step 3
In a saucepan, fry the onions in oil, add the porcini mushrooms. Pour 2.5 liters of water, pepper, salt and cook for half an hour.
Step 4
Then grind everything with a blender until puree. Add mushrooms and melted cheese, cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Cooking croutons. Add chopped garlic to the oil, fry the loaf on it until golden brown.
Step 6
When serving, pour the soup into plates, add crackers and blue cheese.
