Soup is the first dish that is served to the table. A simple mushroom soup recipe will help diversify the daily menu that no family member will refuse.
It is necessary
- - one chicken breast;
- - 400 g of fresh mushrooms;
- - 4 processed cheeses;
- - 2 medium carrots;
- - 2 onion heads;
- - 4-5 potato tubers;
- - 30 g of greens;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
- - salt, allspice, bay leaf - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare chicken breast broth. Cut the finished meat into portions.
Step 2
Grate carrots with thin strips, fry in olive or vegetable oil. Peeled onions, finely diced. Fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Wash the mushrooms and cut into small cubes or slices. Add mushrooms to cooked onions, stir. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Peel potatoes, cut into cubes. After 10 minutes, add potatoes, fried carrots and onions with mushrooms to the broth. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the melted cheese into cubes or grate, add to the saucepan.
Step 6
Add salt, bay leaves, chopped herbs and allspice. Continue to cook for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Add meat at the end of cooking. Can be served at the table.
