  • For dumplings dough:
  • - white flour - ½ kg
  • - egg - 2 pcs.
  • - fine salt - ½ teaspoon
  • - water - 100 ml
  • For filling:
  • - fresh champignons - 800 g
  • - onions - 2 pcs. medium size
  • - butter - 150 g
  • - sour cream - 1-2 tablespoons
  • - salt, black pepper

Step 1

Make dumplings. Sift flour into a large bowl through a sieve, add salt, break eggs and add water, stir quickly with a spoon. Then manually knead the thick dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic or cover with a napkin and refrigerate for half an hour.

Step 2
