Making an edible cup

It is necessary

  • Wafer cones
  • Round sandwich cookies
  • Chocolate sweets (Korkunov, Amur)
  • Drying small thin
  • Chocolate
  • For the cream:
  • - banana 2 pcs.
  • - cocoa 1 tablespoon
  • - cottage cheese 500 g
  • - vanilla sugar 1 pack

Instructions

Step 1

The number of ingredients depends on the number of guests. Presumably everyone should get such a cup. First, cut off the sharp tip of the waffle cones. Cut to about the lower third. Next, melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave. It is important - the utensils for melting must be absolutely dry, otherwise the chocolate will crumble and melt in lumps. I recommend melting in two batches - one for the bottom layer (for the biscuits), the other for the top layer (for the cones).

Step 2

It is better to immediately lay out all the cookies on a dish for serving the finished dessert, unfold the sweets and prepare the cones for further work, now I will explain why: the chocolate quickly solidifies, it will be necessary to transfer it to a pastry bag and squeeze it out onto the cookies, then glue the candy. Everything about everything will take about 10 minutes, then the chocolate will begin to harden and the candy may not stick. Chocolates should be chosen in the shape of a trapezoid or triangle for better fixation of the waffle cone.

Step 3

Then you can put the blanks in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and do the filling cream. In fact, you can fill them with anything, this is just one of the options for many fillings. Mix cottage cheese in a blender with slices of banana, add vanilla sugar, cocoa there and beat again. You can grind it with a fork, but in a blender it turns out softer and more airy.

Step 4

We take out the blanks from the refrigerator. Put the cone on the candy with the cut part down and fix it with chocolate from the second batch. We coat the bottom well, otherwise everything will fall apart. Put it in the refrigerator again for 10-15 minutes. After the chocolate has solidified, all that remains is to fill the cups with cream and attach the "handle" from the dryer. We fix it again on chocolate. Dessert is ready!
