Oven-baked pork, beef or lamb ribs are a very tasty dish. They are prepared in different ways: they are pre-boiled in a broth saturated with spices, fried or baked raw. We will probably use the second method - fry and only then bake the pork ribs in the oven.

- Pork brisket with ribs - 1.5 kg,
- Ground black pepper
- Spices - coriander
- nutmeg
- mustard seeds,
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil,
- Table mustard - 2 teaspoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the brisket into slices so that each has a rib, put them in a bowl, salt and pepper. Grind mustard seeds and coriander in a mortar, nutmeg, quarter, grate on a fine grater. Pour the spices into the meat, stir. Close the bowl with a lid, leave the ribs to marinate for 3 to 4 hours at room temperature.
Step 2
Preheat a frying pan, pour in the oil and fry the ribs in hot oil. Do not put them all in the pan, fry in several stages.
Step 3
Make a sauce by mixing honey, soy sauce and table mustard. Spread the mixture over each rib and place on a baking sheet or wire rack.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200C, place a baking sheet or wire rack in it. If using a wire rack, place the baking sheet down, covering it with a piece of foil so that the juice from the meat flows into it. Flip the ribs after 15 minutes. Then bake for another 10 minutes. Turn off the oven, let the meat stand for another 5 minutes and place on plates.
