Airy, weightless, fluffy and crispy, this is how pancakes are made with sour cream. Pancakes crunch only hot, so it is accepted to eat them in the heat of the heat. Chilled pancakes lose their crispness, but retain their excellent taste. Serve pancakes with condensed milk or jam.

- 200 grams of sour cream.
- 200 grams of flour.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- A pinch of salt.
- Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs in a large bowl with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of sugar. Add sour cream (preferably at room temperature) to the whipped mass, mix well.
Add the sifted flour little by little. The dough to be kneaded should be thick and not runny like on pancakes.
Knead the dough and add the soda, mix again and leave it alone for half an hour (cover the cup with the dough with a towel). We do not mix the dough anymore, even when baking.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a large frying pan (approximately half a centimeter layer). Heat the oil well and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 3
Put the dough in a frying pan with a spoon (preferably a wooden one) and bake under the lid. After 3-4 minutes, turn the pancakes over and cover again, continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
Serve pancakes for hot tea.
