There are many recipes for making pancakes, however, perhaps the most delicious, tender and lush pancakes are made with fat sour cream. Making pancakes with sour cream is no more difficult than with any other fermented milk product.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of fresh sour cream with a fat content of 25-30%;
- - 1, 5-2 glasses of premium flour;
- - three chicken eggs;
- - two to three tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1/2 glass of kefir;
- - salt (to taste);
- - 100-120 g of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to thoroughly beat the eggs and salt until foam forms (very little foam should form), then pour out all the sugar and stir well (there is no need to completely dissolve the sugar at this stage).
Step 2
Next, you need to add sour cream and about 80-100 ml of vegetable oil to the egg mixture, mix everything.
Step 3
The next step is adding flour. It is necessary to pour the sifted flour into the mass in small portions and stir, trying to stir the lumps as best as possible (get rid of them).
Step 4
Once all the flour is poured into a bowl and the dough is kneaded, it is necessary to dilute it to the desired consistency. To do this, gradually pour kefir into it and stir thoroughly. It is worth remembering that the lower the fat content of kefir, the less it will be required. Let the finished dough stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes (this will help unmixed lumps disperse and the dough will be more homogeneous).
Step 5
Then you can start frying delicious and tender pancakes. To do this, take a thick-bottomed frying pan, grease with oil, heat it over high heat, then reduce the fire and pour a small amount of dough into it, let it spread over the pan. Fry the pancake on both sides for one to two minutes. In this way, prepare the rest of the pancakes.
You can serve such pancakes with honey, sour cream, jam, jam, etc., or you can prepare a delicious filling for them and wrap it in pancakes.
