Chicken pancakes are a very tasty meat dish that will take 10-15 minutes to cook. In the meantime, while the pancakes are cooking, you can make the perfect sour cream sauce!

- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Chicken egg - 1 pc
- Milk - 40 ml
- Onion - 1/2 pc
- Semolina - 2 tbsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt, pepper, spices to taste
- For the sauce:
- Sour cream - 1/3 cup
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Dill - a few twigs
- Salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse and dry the chicken fillet with paper towels. Put the chicken in the blender bowl and turn it on on low or medium power for 5 seconds. The chicken should not turn into minced meat, it should contain medium sized meat pieces. We remove the meat from the blender into a separate container.
Step 2
Add the onion and milk to the blender bowl and beat on high power until the onion turns into gruel. Put 2 tablespoons of semolina and 2 tablespoons of olive oil with milk. Salt and pepper with a reserve so that this salt is enough for chicken. Beat the liquid mixture slightly.
Step 3
Pour the egg mixture into the chicken pieces, mix thoroughly. Preheat the pan, add a teaspoon of olive oil to it (I spread the oil in a thin layer over the entire pan using a silicone brush). Then spread the meat dough for pancakes with a tablespoon in a frying pan. One spoon - one pancake. Fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Step 4
In the meantime, prepare the sour cream sauce. Three on a fine grater or pass a clove of garlic through a garlic press. Mix sour cream, garlic, finely chopped dill, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. If the sour cream is too thick, you can dilute it with a little olive oil or milk.
Step 5
Serve the prepared pancakes hot with sour cream sauce and fresh herbs. Bon Appetit!
