It is necessary
- - pears, better firm - 2 pcs.;
- - juice of half a lemon;

- - Dor Blue cheese (or other blue cheese) - 100 g;

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the pears, cut off unused parts and cut into thin longitudinal slices. Spread them out on a large board and drizzle with lemon juice. Then grill the slices on the grill on 2 sides - each for 2 minutes, place each slice separately on a large plate or on a board covered with parchment.
Step 2
Pour 1 tbsp into a saucepan. l. water, slightly warm it, then add sugar, heat the syrup for 1 minute. In this case, it must be stirred vigorously so as not to burn. Then add pine nuts to the pan and heat for another 30 seconds, then immediately put the nuts on a plate.
Step 3
Whisk all the butter and lemon juice for the dressing, add salt and pepper to it, mix well again, as if whipping the dressing. Tear the salad with your hands to make large pieces, put it beautifully on a large plate and pour over the dressing. Put slices of pears on top of the pieces of salad, spread cheese and nuts on them. This original appetizer will delight many guests!
