Step 1
Sift flour, heat oil in a frying pan, add flour to butter and stir thoroughly. Then stir, letting the mass boil 2-3 times (a pleasant aroma should appear).

Gradually pour the broth into the pan, while stirring the sauce and keeping an eye on the thickness of the broth - the consistency should be similar to liquid sour cream. Let it boil again. If the sauce is thick, add more stock or hot water.
Step 3
Salt the sauce and cook for another 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly if necessary. The basic white meat sauce is ready.
