- creamy mascarpone cheese - 300 g;
- eggs - 4 pcs. (whites and yolks separately);
- sugar - 100 g;
- natural coffee - ½ cup;
- Marsal wine - 4-5 tbsp. spoons;
- ready-made whipped cream - 1 glass;
- cocoa - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- chocolate chips.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 205 ° C. During this time, you need to have time to prepare the dough. Whisk the whites into a thick, dense foam. Pour two tablespoons of granulated sugar or powdered into them in a thin stream. Beat the egg whites again. The foam should be glossy and dense. The next stage - the yolks are whipped white with the remaining sugar.
Step 2
Sift flour and baking powder. Gently transfer half of the whipped whites to the yolks and stir. Pour flour into the same container and add the remaining proteins. Mix all ingredients gently until smooth.
Step 3
Put the finished dough on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. After cooking, cut the biscuit into long narrow strips and dry them a little in the oven.
Step 4
Mash creamy mascarpone cheese with whipped cream. Beat the yolks white with sugar, and whites with a pinch of salt until thick, strong foam. Add yolks and whites in portions to the cheese mass, stir gently.
Step 5
Pour the wine (Amaretto liqueur or Carolans cream liqueur, Bailey's) into a bowl of chilled strong coffee. Dip cookies there and in rows, tightly to each other, put them on the bottom of dessert portion molds. Cheese cream is spread on the biscuit soaked in impregnation, then another layer of cookies is laid out and again the cream. The topmost "floor" of the dessert should be creamy.

Cover the tiramisu with cling film, refrigerate for several hours (at least 3-4). Dessert should be well saturated with cream.
