When I cook tiramisu, I always collect a bunch of compliments from those who have tried it. And making tiramisu is very simple. Even a beginner can handle it. You just need to mix the ingredients correctly, following my recipe. Try it - you'll love it!

Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert that combines delicate creamy and light coffee tastes. Translated Tiramisu means “lift me up” from the words “tirare” - “to raise”, mi - “me” and su- “up.” And this is the absolute truth - tiramisu always cheers up.

Difficulty level - very easy (1 star)

The whole preparation takes 40 minutes.

You will need the following products:

- 500 grams of mascarpone cheese (this is a key ingredient, sold in many supermarkets);

- a packet of Savoyardi cookies - this is such an elongated crispy biscuit biscuit, it is also called "ladies' fingers" because of its elongated shape, they can be bought in supermarkets;

- 4 small cups of thick strong coffee (chilled);

- 4 tablespoons of sugar;

- 1 pinch of salt;

- 5 eggs;

- 2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa powder.

Preparation:

Separate the whites from the yolks.

Mix the mascarpone (with a mixer, not a blender) with the yolks and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

In a separate cup, beat the protein together with a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar into a thick foam. Add to the mass with mascarpone.

We take a large oblong glass dish or several small containers for individual portions, where we put cookies dipped in strong cold coffee in one layer.

Important!!! Cookies need to be moistened quickly (literally for a split second) in coffee, so as not to soften too much. On the layer of cookies moistened with coffee / distribute half of the mascarpone cream, then again a layer of cookies (soaked in coffee) and again the cream.

The top layer of the cream is sprinkled with cocoa powder. You can make a stencil and decorate the top layer with a pattern of cocoa powder.

We put all this miracle in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours (the cookies should be soaked well), you can even leave it overnight.
