- 1 onion
- 50 g butter

Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the dough in a bread maker. First we put all the liquid ingredients in the container, then the dry ones. Warm the milk to room temperature. Add sifted flour, salt and yeast to eggs, milk, sunflower oil. We put the mixture on the program - pizza dough or yeast dough. When the bread maker informs about the readiness of the dough, take it out of the mold, roll it lightly in flour, put it in a bowl and cover with a towel so as not to weather. Enough for two small pizzas or one large pizza.
Step 2
The sauce is very easy to make. Combine sour cream with tomato paste, add chopped garlic, salt and pepper, mix everything well.
Step 3
We collect our pizza. Knead the dough well, roll out on a floured surface, in a thin layer about 5-7 mm thick, and slightly larger in diameter than a baking dish. Lightly grease the pizza dish with sunflower oil and carefully transfer the dough sheet onto it. Let the dough sit for 15 minutes. Next, brush the dough with tomato sauce. On the prepared dough base, lay the ham, cut into thin slices, or you can cut it into cubes, onion cut into thin rings, thinly chopped champignons and tomatoes. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Bake in an airfryer at a temperature of 200-220 degrees. Bake until beautifully golden brown (about 15-25 minutes). Serve hot, drizzled with melted butter.
