It is necessary
- - 1 tbsp red beans
- - 2-3 pieces of beets
- - 1-2 pieces of onion
- - 200 ml tomato juice
- - 100 ml of vegetable oil
- - spices to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the red beans overnight and then boil them almost until tender.
Step 2
We rub raw beets on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Chop the onion and put it in a saucepan along with the already cooked beets and beans. Pour vegetable oil and tomato juice there. Mix well, put on fire.
Step 4
We are waiting for boiling, then add spices to taste and simmer for an hour. As soon as the mixture becomes homogeneous, we begin to evaporate the liquid until the dish thickens.
