- • 0.5 cups of flour;
- • 3 medium potatoes;
- • 2 eggs;

Rinse the mushrooms in warm water and soak them for 1-2 hours. Remove the mushrooms, pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. After boiling, add the onion and cook the broth at a low boil for an hour.

At this time, prepare the dumpling dough. Boil the potatoes and, without letting them cool, rub through a sieve. Add flour, yolks and salt. Mix well. Whisk the whites from the eggs and add to the dough. Knead again.
Roll out the dough into a roller shape and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
When the broth is cooked, strain it, discard the onion, finely chop the mushrooms.
Put the dumplings and chopped mushrooms into the boiling broth. When the potato dumplings are cooked, the soup is ready.
