After that, put the chicken pieces into the bowl, cover with a lid and wait for the timer signal. At the end of the program, turn the chicken over and cook for another 40 minutes. Pepper curry can be used as a suitable seasoning. The finished dish will acquire an appetizing crust and a beautiful color.
Rice, mashed potatoes, stewed or grilled vegetables are perfect as a side dish for fried chicken in a slow cooker.
If you need to cook a whole chicken, then the washed and dried poultry carcass should be grated with a mixture of vegetable oil, salt, pepper, sugar, spices to taste, brandy and garlic squeezed through a press. In this form, the bird should be marinated for several hours, and even better - all night. Place the pickled chicken in the multicooker bowl. The cooking mode is the same - "baking". At the end of the program, the poultry should be turned over and cooked for another 40 minutes. Sprinkle generously with herbs before serving.
How to fry fish in a slow cooker
If frozen fish is used for frying, it must be defrosted before cooking. Rinse the carcass, remove the fins and tail. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl, turn on the "baking" function. Wait until the oil warms up a little, at this time cut the fish into portions, salt, roll in flour and put in a bowl with heated oil. Fry the slices on one side, turn over to the other. Then - close the lid of the multicooker and turn on the "fish" mode. To taste, during cooking, you can add onions to the fish in half rings, grated carrots on a coarse grater.

Frying meat steaks in a slow cooker
