For the preparation of this dish, hare is not needed at all, it is prepared from ordinary beef.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of beef tenderloin;
- - 100 g smoked bacon;
- - 3 slices of white bread;
- - 1 tablespoon of potato starch;
- - bread crumbs;
- - 1 large onion;
- - 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
- - 2 tablespoons of fat for frying;
- - ground black pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the beef from films and fat. Peel the onion. Grind the meat along with half the onion.
Step 2
Cut off the crusts from the bread and soak it in water. Cut half the bacon into cubes, and the rest into cubes. Finely chop the remaining half of the onion. Squeeze out the swollen bread.
Step 3
Add cubes of bacon, finely chopped onion, squeezed bread, starch to the minced meat. Season the mixture with pepper and pepper. Stir the minced meat with your hands until smooth.
Step 4
With wet hands, make an oblong shape out of minced meat, gradually turning it into a hare shape. Grease a baking sheet and place the hare on it. Sprinkle it with bread crumbs, spread the bacon cubes on top and place in the oven until a brown crust forms on the surface.
Step 5
Drizzle with water or broth during baking. The approximate time for baking a hare is 50-60 minutes.
Step 6
Cut the finished fake hare into slices. Garnish with boiled potatoes and stewed vegetables.
