  • - bread crumbs;
  • - 1 large onion;
  • - 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • - 2 tablespoons of fat for frying;
  • - ground black pepper and salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the beef from films and fat. Peel the onion. Grind the meat along with half the onion.

Step 2

Cut off the crusts from the bread and soak it in water. Cut half the bacon into cubes, and the rest into cubes. Finely chop the remaining half of the onion. Squeeze out the swollen bread.

Step 3

Add cubes of bacon, finely chopped onion, squeezed bread, starch to the minced meat. Season the mixture with pepper and pepper. Stir the minced meat with your hands until smooth.
