Place the appetizing sautéed hare meat in a saucepan or saucepan or wok. Sprinkle with onion rings, carrot slices, add water 150-200 gr. Simmer over low heat for one hour. Don't forget to follow the process.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, add all your favorite spices.

Pour sour cream (15-20% fat, about 400 gr). Simmer for another forty minutes. Taste and determine the degree of doneness. If necessary, simmer for another ten minutes.
Step 9
Chop up the herbs (dill and parsley, another favorite plant). Sprinkle over the finished dish. You can serve this way or stew for another three to five minutes.
