A quick and tasty recipe for an unusual hot dish that can be supplemented with various ingredients to your liking. This is an option that will save the hostess in a situation of suddenly arriving guests.

- - 10 medium potatoes;
- - 400 grams of minced pork and beef;
- - 1 large onion;
- - 150 grams of hard cheese;
- - 3 tomatoes;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and sour cream;
- - 4 tablespoons of wheat flour;
- - salt, seasonings to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to prepare potatoes for the future casserole. The vegetable is washed, peeled and peeled. Then it is cooked as for regular mashed potatoes. When the potatoes are tender, they can be removed from the heat and mashed without milk. You can only add a little butter for taste.
Step 2
When the potatoes have cooled down a little, you need to add eggs and flour to it, and then mix the whole mass thoroughly. After that, the mashed potatoes must be divided into two equal parts. It will form the basis of the future casserole.

A baking sheet is greased with butter or vegetable oil, and one part of mashed potatoes is laid out on top and carefully leveled. The filling is laid out on top.

The filling consists of chopped onions and slightly salted minced meat with your favorite seasonings. If desired, you can add any other vegetables and ingredients to the mass. For example, fresh, finely chopped greens.

A mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise is laid out on top of the filling, the second part of the potato mass is also carefully leveled.
