- - 2-3 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.

As you continue to beat the eggs and sugar, gradually add the milk. It is better if it is not cold, but at room temperature. Next, add baking soda and salt, mix the ingredients well, make sure that the granulated sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is homogeneous.
Step 3
Gradually start adding the sifted flour to the bowl, while stirring to avoid clumping. Pour in all the required amount of flour. The consistency of the resulting dough should resemble thin sour cream.
Step 4
After you have thoroughly mixed the ingredients, add three tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pancake dough and mix again. You can replace vegetable oil with butter.
Step 5
It remains to bake pancakes. To do this, prepare the pan by greasing it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Place a skillet over medium heat and heat well before pouring out the first batch of dough.
Step 6
Pour a small amount of dough into the pan, bake the pancake for 25-30 seconds on each side. When the first pancake is baked, you can taste it for sugar, if the dough is bland, add the required amount of granulated sugar to it and continue baking the pancakes.
