You can make a lot of different types of pancakes. It's no secret that they can be cooked with meat, vegetables, berries. There is one wonderful way of making pancakes with kefir, which you will undoubtedly delight your loved ones with. And the vanilla aroma emanating from homemade donuts will remind you of the happy moments of childhood.
It is necessary

- 0.5 l. kefir,
- 4 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
- flour (about 2 cups),
- 3 eggs,
- salt,
- soda,
- table vinegar
- vanilla on the tip of a knife,
- vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Take a bowl of a suitable size and pour a bag of kefir into it.
Step 2
Add sugar, salt and 3 eggs. Beat with a whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Quench the baking soda with vinegar and pour into a bowl of kefir. Add vanillin there on the tip of a knife.
Step 4
Separately sift the flour and add in small portions to a bowl, stirring constantly until the lumps are completely dissolved. The consistency should be like thick sour cream.
Step 5
Put a frying pan on the fire, pour in vegetable oil and heat well. Spoon the finished dough into the pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 6
